FRAUDULENT COLLECTIONS ON WARRANTS
Don't fall victim for any fraudulent activity!
It has been brought to our attention that people are being called by Officers and attempting to collect money on warrants.

PROCESS OF A WARRANT:
A Deputy will NEVER call and ask for money to collect on a warrant. If a warrant is issued, a deputy will actually appear on your door step, and show you the warrant. You will either be brought before the Judge, Arrested or some warrants may give you the option to go online and pay your fines.

Being contacted by the Justice of the Peace Office Court Clerk, we will have your case numbers and information as well as give you all your options to resolving your case.
